Prof. T V Rao

Chairman, TVRLS

Dr. TV Rao is an adjunct professor at Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA) since 2006. He has been associated with the institution for over 30 years, first as a professor and then was chairman of the post graduate program, fellow program, public systems group, Ravi Matthai Center and also coordinated the PGP review. He set up TVRLS in 1996, two years after he left IIMA. He has also worked as L&T Professor of HRD at XLRI, Jamshedpur between 1983-85.

He is the founder and first president of the National HRD Network, and the first honorary director of the Academy of HRD, India. He was also president of the Indian Society for Applied Behavioural Science (ISABS). He has worked with David McClelland of Harvard University (the initiator of the competency movement) and had joint research projects with him in seventies. Dr. Rao was a visiting faculty at the Indian Business School, Hyderabad and as HRD Advisor to the Reserve Bank of India. Dr Rao assisted the Administrative Reforms Commission in reviewing the personnel management practices for civil services, and also served as member of the HRM Review Committee of Nationalised Banks set up by the Ministry of Finance in 2009-2010.


Ganesh Natarajan

Vice-Chairman & CEO, Zensar Technologies

Besides leading Zensar Technologies, a global firm that transforms technology and processes for Fortune 500 companies, Natarajan is also a board member of the RPG Group, board Member of global talent track, chair – knowledge IP & innovation, Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) and member of the chairmen’s council of NASSCOM.

Natarajan was named ‘CEO of the Year’ by the Asia Pacific HR Conference in 1999 and received the Asia HRD Congress Award for Contributions to the Organisation through HR in 2005.


Adil Malia

Group President – HR, Essar Group

Malia has handled critical business leadership roles in HR and marketing with reputed marquee MNCs such as GE, M&S and Coca-Cola and large Indian Groups such as Godrej and Essar.

He is recognised in the industry as a strategic HR leader with a strong business orientation. He is a certified trainer having done extensive work in areas of HR, Strategic Leadership and Organization Development.


SY Siddiqui

Chief Mentor, Maruti Suzuki India

SY Siddiqui, a post-graduate in human resources management from Jamia Millia University, has driven the HR Function of top Indian corporates as well as MNCs such as Escorts, DCM Group, New Holland Tractors India and Maruti Suzuki for 29 years.

He firmly believes that HR function should provide pro-active leadership in transition and change management to create a high connect with the changing global business scenario without losing focus on people development, people motivation and people performance for value creation.


 Padma Rajeswari Nandi

 Senior Director & Head – L&D, Dr Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd.

Over the past 20 years – out of which she has dedicated 15 years to talent development – Nandi has enabled organisations and individuals build capability across frontline, managerial and leadership levels. Prior to joining Dr. Reddy’s, she has worked with Infosys and Larsen & Toubro, among other large organisations.

 


Dr. Ganesh Shermon

Partner – Platform Solutions North America, TCS Canada Inc.

Shermon is currently the partner, platform solutions – North America, TCS Canada Inc. Prior to this, he was partner and country head of people & change practice at KPMG Advisory Services.

He brings in 30 long years of experience in consulting in the areas of merger integration, organization design, change, employee relations, BSC, people strategy & transformation.


 Dr. Sujaya Banerjee

Banerjee has been a Human Resources professional for over 24 years and has transformed the HR functions in several leading organisations during her career. 

She is a passionate HR professional having set up world class Performance and Talent Management programs through her assignments at ADNOC and as Head of HR of Lowe Lintas and Partners and Director HR of British Gas. Sujaya has been listed among the Top 40 HR professionals in Asia.
