Also, it has appointed Carsten von der Linden from the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as the senior vice president of talent management in the company.

They will work out of the Los Angeles office of 21CF, and report to Thomas Gaissmaier, EVP, and chief human resources officer of the company.

Franke is working at 21CF since 2011. She was the vice president-talent acquisition operations for the company, and her responsibility included recruiting and onboarding new talent for the film and sports business of the company. She has also worked as senior recruiter for various clients in the biotechnology and banking sectors.

Carsten von der Linden is an expert in HR transformation, HR operating models, leadership development, talent management, digital HR, and so on. Talking about the new appointees in the HR group of the company, Gaissmaier said that “We are first and foremost a people business. Our focus on attracting, retaining and developing talented people across our organisation is guided by a shared set of priorities that together aim to transform how we support our businesses".

Further, he adds “Julie and Carsten are accomplished and forward-looking executives who bring to 21CF's HR practice deep and complementary experiences, and expertise that will drive us forward as we build a people business for the future."
