Chavda takes over from Mallika D’Souza, who has moved into a larger role in the Global Seniors Segment at Sodexo in the United States.

The food and facilities management solutions provider, Sodexo, has just appointed Pradeep Chavda as the new human resources director-India, effective August, 2017. Chavda takes over from Mallika D’Souza, who, after a successful stint of five years in India, has moved into a larger role in the Global Seniors Segment at Sodexo in the United States.

Chavda brings with him diverse HRD skillsets and capabilities, acquired from working with large-scale Indian MNCs, in both national and international environments for over 20 years. His most recent assignment, prior to joining Sodexo was with Bharti Airtel as the HR head for the Homes Business, managing a total workforce of over 7000 employees.
