Management consultancy, KPMG has launched two powerful services for Oracle Cloud Applications. These services will focus on strategy, business intelligence, and performance management for the human resources (HR) and finance functions. These have been designed to help companies accelerate implementations and reduce the costs and risks associated with business transformation.
KPMG Powered Enterprise provides pre-defined operating models and optimised process flows for HR, Finance, and Sales functions, delivered with pre-configured Oracle Applications Cloud to speed up business transformation. The KPMG and Oracle Cloud Integration Services Framework simplifies and accelerates adoption of Oracle’s cloud integration toolset , as well as reduce the time and expense. The pre-built operating models, optimised processes and the latest security and performance technologies help drive innovation, increase agility, lower costs, and reduce IT complexity.

According to the 2015 KPMG HR Transformation Survey, which was earlier known as Towers Watson HR Service Delivery and Technology Survey, 88 per cent of HR leaders said they plan to spend the same or more than last year on HR technology, with 30 per cent planning to replace their core HR systems in 2015 — an all-time high.
