You will be working as Bangalore Hub HRBP and will be reporting to HR Head and will be a part of Bangalore, India. In this role you will be primarily responsible for partnering with managers for developing and implementing people strategy through the execution of HR processes, ensuring effective and sustainable workplace relations, and by providing HR support for a defined team or location. Accountable for the overall HR contribution and value-add to the business in partnership with the functions and shared services. Driving effective communication, engagement, and collaboration across the organization
Responsibilities:-
- Understanding and contributing to the overall business and people strategy. Determining and delivering the best approach in area of responsibility
- Executing the HR priorities while adding value to the business
- Providing leadership and guidance to ensure that the area of responsibility is appropriately organized, staffed, skilled and directed
- Coaching, motivating and developing talent to build an effective, capable, and high performing team
- Representing HR in the business, establishing strong relationships with all business leaders and employees
- Accountable for total HR offering to the business leveraging functional expertise and supporting the business and the execution of HR processes
- Facilitating and ensuring success of change management initiatives across area of responsibility and driving behavioral change and continuous improvement
- Ensuring compliance with legislation, HR policies and other compliance standards in all areas of responsibility and ensuring all employees understand ABB safety and integrity standards and act accordingly
Qualification And Experience:-
- Minimum Bachelor’s and Master’s in Human Resource preferred
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to cope with different stakeholder groups in a dynamic multinational organization
- Strong stakeholder management skills with internal and external partners, strong communication, motivation and leadership skill
