Job Description

  • Business Analyst will provide a customer service-based approach to the coordination of various activities for the Human Resources Operations team at world headquarters in the U.S. The Business Analyst team partners will all teams within Human Resources and with stakeholders throughout the business to evaluate current processes, manage/prioritize initiatives/projects, elevate enterprise-wide HR service delivery, and assist in driving innovation and change.
  • Provide support to the Human Resources Operations team focused on initiative/project management, process improvement, and enterprise-wide HR service delivery
  • Reviewing of existing processes and recommendation of new processes
  • Reviewing of existing processes and recommendation of new processes
  • Create and maintain process documents across all functional areas of human resources
  • Partner with HR Project Managers to assist with a variety of tasks related to initiatives and projects
  • Coordinate project deliverables and action items across multiple functional areas of human resources
  • Ensure that all project documents are updated and accurate
  • Utilize Workfront and other project management tools to prepare project status reports and analytics for managers/project teams

  • Develop, update, and maintain intranet page for HR Operations
  • Assist with research and recommendation for solutions to existing problems/challenges
  • Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency performing job duties or improve client experience
  • Assist with the implementation and coordination of human resources programs for the company. Provide regular status updates and utilization reports
  • Compile and organize data in response to internal and external requests

  • Utilizing internal and external resources, research various human resources topics. Prepare and present findings
  • Review correspondence and respond/route/file appropriately
  • Maintain communication between human resources, managers, and employees to facilitate the success of department goals
  • Communicate and coordinate with domestic, international, and subsidiary human resources staff
  • Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency in performing job duties or improve client experience

Qualifications And Experience:-

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; an emphasis in Human Resources Management or Certification related to Business Analystwith1yearof experience is preferred.
  • Experience in, Visio, Advance Excelor other related tool sis preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and analytical/problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and reprioritize as needed.
  • Must have the ability to clearly and effectively present information to all levels of employees, management, and external vendors
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
