The new cohesive applicant tracking service will get rid of the manual applicant tracking system.

Google plans to launch a new service — Hire — which will help companies manage their internal recruiting process more effectively.

Very recently, it launched ‘Google for Jobs’— in the US and Australia—a job search feature in its search results, to help job seekers find suitable jobs. It had partnered with job posting sites to integrate job postings in the search results.

Now, this new tool from Google will help companies manage their candidates smoothly and effectively throughout the hiring process. The companies will be able use this tool to manage their job posting and also add jobs in Google’s search widget.

According to the company, Hire will replace the long manual applicant tracking system. It is a cohesive applicant tracking service, which integrates with the G Suite. This integration helps the companies to communicate and engage with their candidates better and track their progress in the interview process.

Google product manager, Berit Johnson, writes “Hire and G Suite are made to work well together, so recruiting team members can focus on their top priorities instead of wasting time copy-pasting across tools”.

Google is constantly introducing new features and tools to capture various business opportunities, leveraging its technological expertise and large data base. It is using the recently developed G Suite tools and other services to cater to specific opportunities and problems.
