InterGlobe Enterprises appoints Aditya Pande as group chief executive officer

InterGlobe Enterprises, a global leader in aviation, hospitality, and travel-related services, has announced a strategic leadership transition with the appointment of Mr. Aditya Pande as its Group Chief Executive Officer, effective from March 1, 2024.

In this new role, Aditya Pande will hold overall responsibility for shaping InterGlobe’s strategic agenda, overseeing and fortifying the leadership of the company’s line businesses, and managing corporate staff functions. Notably, this responsibility excludes IndiGo, where specific leadership structures remain unchanged. Aditya Pande will report directly to Rahul Bhatia, the founder and promoter of InterGlobe Enterprises. All existing direct reports will, in turn, report to Aditya, signifying a comprehensive alignment of leadership under his guidance.

Aditya brings over 25 years of diverse and multi-functional experience to the role. His background includes key positions in business strategy and finance across various companies, demonstrating a track record of driving operations with a focus on productivity and profitability.

Presently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at udaan, India’s largest B2B e-commerce company, Aditya has played a pivotal role in shaping financial strategies and driving udaan’s growth. Prior to this, he contributed significantly to IndiGo, General Electric, and Arthur Andersen, showcasing a rich portfolio of experience. Aditya’s expertise extends to engaging with business partners, investors, and analysts, making him a strategic fit for leading InterGlobe Enterprises in its next phase of growth.
