Netflix has elevated Shruti Nishchal to director, HRBP-ads, marketing & partnerships, APAC. Nishchal has been associated with the global entertainment services company since June of 2020 when she joined as human resources business partner. Just over three years into that role she was promoted to senior senior manager, HRBP-product, legal & finance, APAC.

This alumna of Management Development Institute, Gurgaon interned with Ernst and Young before joining Tata Sons as a management trainee, HRDP, in June, 2010.

She joined Titan Industries as assistant manager, learning and development, for the watches business unit, in May of 2011.
Her next stop was Axis Bank where she served as senior manager, talent and OD, from January of 2013 to October 2014.

Then began a five-year long association with Qualcomm. Nischal joined as lead HR business partner: Qualcomm India’s business teams, Noida Technology Centre, in 2014. Five and a half years into this role, she was elevated to talent development partner, SW technology and business organisations. Almost three years later came another promotion that made her diversity and inclusion lead, India, in 2019.

It was in June of 2020 that she took up the role of HRBP at Netflix.

The latest promotion will allow Shruti Nishchal to continue putting all the experience she has gathered working in fast-paced and high-growth Indian and multinational organisations to good use.

HRKatha wishes her all the best!
