With a career spanning over 15 years, his expertise lies in fostering a transformational and diverse work environment. This can be seen in his last stint, where Jha was associated with upGrad– an Edtech company. His consistent efforts helped the company scale up from 300 employees to 7,000.

He has also demonstrated exceptional leadership in renowned companies such as Convergys India, TCS and GIC Power.

Manish Goel, founder & director, Research & Ranking, welcomed Jha as a valuable addition to the growing family. “His experience in fostering an inclusive, growth-oriented culture aligns perfectly with our talent strategy,” he added.

Expressing his excitement, Jha states that he eagerly anticipates contributing to the organisation by implementing top-notch people practices and improving the overall employee experience. “I look forward to strengthening the organisation with best people practices and enhancing the overall employee experience to establish R&R as a place where individuals join and stay and build rewarding careers,” he added.

Jha holds an MBA in HR and an LLB from Mumbai University. Apart from his professional endeavours, Jha values family time, exploring new destinations, and indulging in golf to unwind and recharge.

Research & Ranking is a research-focused equity advisory brand recognised for its scientific approach to stock identification and investment strategies, geared toward sustainable wealth creation. With a strong commitment to long-term perspectives, the firm, comprising over 340 professionals, operates from offices in Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai and Pune.
