ZS, a management consulting and technology firm, revealed about its upcoming hiring  plans in India. The company is strategically planning to expand its employee headcount in India by 20-25 per cent in the near to mid-term.

The growth initiative aligns closely with the overall top-line expansion goals of the company.

The company emphasised about its commitment to innovation in India, highlighting the region’s substantial contribution to expertise and business generation. The leadership actively concentrates on business development from India, leveraging locally- developed products and collaborative teams to engage clients, as reported by Hindubusinessline.

The company currently boasts a total workforce strength of 13,000 employees, with a significant presence in India of about 8,000 employees. The firm operates from offices in key locations such as Pune, Delhi-NCR and Bengaluru.

ZS aims to explore talent in tier-2 cities and is keen to expand its team size by 20-25 per cent in these locations. The firm, specialising in providing industry expertise, advanced analytics, technology and strategy solutions, primarily serves clients in the healthcare, pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. Its focus spans the entire healthcare value chain, encompassing market and value access for drug launches, as well as research and development (R&D), drug discovery and clinical optimisation.

With the rising interest in Generative AI, ZS has developed Personalize.AI, an AI-first cloud-native software as a service (SaaS) product.

This innovative tool is leveraged to understand customer preferences, channel affiliations and behavioural inputs of doctors. Personalize.AI enables the tailoring of content and messaging while providing valuable insights from surveys to identify trends.
