The ‘Triple Win Partnership’ agreement between the Telangana Overseas Manpower Company (TOMCOM) and the Federal Employment Agency of the Government of Germany is proving to be quite a win for the youth of Telangana. As part of this partnership, TOMCOM is facilitating the employment of Telangana youth in Europe.
Presently, as per media reports, screening is going on for nursing assistants. Candidates are being enrolled for the German language training course, which is free of cost. Once they successfully complete the B1 language training, they will be paid a stipend on completing the German language exam.
Candidates who have completed a BSc Nursing or GNM course from a reputed Telangana college may apply. They should not be below 21 or over 38 years of age. Also, they should possess one to three years of professional or clinical work experience.
The selected candidates will work as nursing assistants in Germany. They may be promoted to the role of registered nurses once they clear the B2 language and recognition exams in Germany.
As per Siasat.com, jobs in Europe will pay a minimum salary of 2,300 to 2,800 euros, which does not include overtime allowance. The Triple Win Partnership’ and TOMCOM will also pay for the visa and immigration process along with flight ticket from India.
