After a successful nine-year tenure at Reliance Jio Infocomm, Mangesh Bhide has moved on to join IKH Health, as senior VP-organisation effectiveness.
Bhide, who holds a master’s degree in personnel management from Savitri Bai Phule University, began his HR journey with Precision Fasterners in 1995, as management trainee. Within three years, he had reached the position of senior executive-P&IR, HR and admin.
July of 1998 saw him taking up the role of deputy general manager-HR, at Mahindra & Mahindra. There, he looked after the R&D division’send-to-end HR activities for five years.
His next stop was Reliance Infocomm, where he joined as lead-network HR, in 2003. Two and a half years into this assignment, he moved on to Essar Steel. After a short seven-month stint as joint general manager, he switched to Raomware India, as director-HR, in June 2006. During his one-year stint, he played a key role in setting the new standard for HR and helping to reshape, drive and establish the HR model and culture in India, Hong Kong, Singapore, Brussels and San Jose.
In 2007, he took on the role of senior vice president-global HR and administration, at IKS Health. In this assignment, he elevated and expanded the business’s human resource capability to drive continued growth and foster a strong commitment to the recruitment and training/development of team members in all key roles. For over seven years, he also managed US HR actively through direct visits.
December 2014 saw him at Reliance Jio Infocomm, beginning an association that lasted almost nine and a half years. His last-held designation there was that of senior vice president & head-HR, Jio Network & Infrastructure.
Known to be a methodical, result oriented and strategic leader, Bhide will now contribute to the growth and success of IKS Health, a company that operates in the healthcare space.
