Bacardi, the global spirits company, has roped in Radhika Tomar as the new director-human resources for Bacardi India (INDSEA). Operating from Bacardi’s Gurgaon office, Tomar will lead the people strategy and strategic talent management. She will foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement across Bacardi’s operations in India and Southeast Asia.
With 18 years of global HR leadership experience, from working across several industries such as FMCG, consulting, technology and consumer durables, Tomar is set to drive inclusive cultures and enhance organisational capabilities at Bacardi.
Prior to this, Tomar was associated with Kimberly Clark, as HR director for India and global talent-activation director. She joined the company in the year 2021. At Kimberly Clark, she championed inclusion and equity across the Asia Pacific division, led global talent programmes, and strengthened divisional capabilities.
Tomar’s leadership journey includes pivotal roles at several renowned names such as Dyson, Microsoft, McKinsey and Aon Hewitt.
Tomar joined Dyson in the year 2017 as its head-HR. She was instrumental in shaping Dyson’s global talent and development strategy, leading leadership programmes, and mentoring senior business leaders.
Tomar also did a close to five year stint with Microsoft, as HR lead for the enterprise and services businesses, having joined in the year 2012.

An alumna of XLRI Jamshedpur, Tomar holds a Bachelor of Arts (Double Major) in economics & statistics from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai.
