TrioTree Technologies, a company that offers healthcare IT solutions, has appointed Divyesh J Sampat as chief operating officer (COO) and Mihir Jha as vice president of technology and innovations. While Sampat will focus on enhancing operational frameworks, ensuring scalability, and driving efficiency across all functions, Jha will lead the company’s technology roadmap and ensure that TrioTree’s technological capabilities are aligned with its goals. Together, they will streamline operations and harness innovative technology to propel TrioTree to new levels of success.
Divyesh Sampat comes with 23 years of experience, having begun his professional journey with 21st Century Informatics, in March 2000 as technical team member. Within three years, he was elevated to project leader. After six years, he moved on to Wipro where he worked for nine years. He joined as project leader in 2006, and by the time he left in 2015, he had become the programme manager.
From 2015 to 2016, he served a community manager, Afya Arabia, H3 Systems, Kuwait.
His next stop was Wipro, where he spent seven years. He started off as delivery manager in 2016 and climbed to the position of account/cluster delivery head in 2019, a position he held till June 2023.
Sampat co-founded Le Securise and is an independent director at the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs.
At TrioTree Technologies, his “focus will be on enhancing our strategies to support our expanding customer base and global presence.” He remains committed to “refining our processes, driving efficiency, and ensuring that our operations are scalable to meet the growing demands.”
Mihir Jha comes with two decades of experience. In the initial years of his career, he was a software engineer with STMicroelectronics for over a year before moving to Tech Mahindra as member of technical staff. He worked with Conexant as senior software engineer for over a year and then with Atrenta as lead engineer.
From 2008 to 2011, he was with Dell as senior tech leader. His next stop was Rolta India, as executive manager, software. He also did a two-year stint with Amar Ujala Publications as technical consultant-digital business.
As founder and CEO of Micra Systems, an IT tech services firm, he built a team of 60+ professionals and earned a revenue of over a million.
From 2019 to 2021, he was vice president of engineering, NirogStreet. He has been consultant to several firms, and is the co-founder of Micra Clouds.
