In a bid to enhance communication, address employee grievances and also reinforce the essentials of work ethics within the organisation as it continues to grow and succeed, Equentis-Research & Ranking has launched three new employee- engagement initiatives.
These initiatives come at the right time, as the equity investment advisory brand and part of Equentis Wealth Advisory Services has onboarded many fresh talents over the past year.
The first initiative, the Let’s Talk Series, is a proactive channel that will address employee grievances and clarify human resource policies, procedures and practices leading to transparency and well-being. Led by our dedicated HR business partners (HRBPs), this initiative covers essential topics such as the performance management system (PMS) and the National Pension Scheme (NPS). This series aims to create an open dialogue between employees and HR, ensuring that all voices are heard and concerns are addressed promptly.
The second initiative is called ‘SamparkDil Se’, which will help build connections within the Equentis family. It provides a platform for employees to share their feedback, which they can deposit in the ‘Dil Ki Baat’ box, which is then reviewed and acted upon. In response to this feedback, the MD of Equentis-Research & Ranking shares a podcast where some of the queries and concerns raised by employees are addressed. This initiative ensures that every employee’s voice is not just heard, but amplified and considered in decision-making.
The third initiative, CulturRR 2.0, is a weekly programme designed to reinforce essential work ethics and foster a positive and professional work environment. This comprehensive initiative includes components such as the clean desk policy, body language, office etiquettes and meeting etiquettes, all aimed at instilling a culture of professionalism and respect at work.
Highlighting how the company is all about “equal opportunities’, Sanjeev Jha, head – HR, Equentis-Research & Ranking, shares,”We aim to create a workplace where every employee, especially our recent batch of fresh talent, feels valued and empowered to contribute to the collective success. Their role in shaping our future is crucial, and we are committed to ensuring that they feel integrated and supported in our journey.”
The company is already working on a new and comprehensive rewards and recognition programme.
