udChalo, the consumer technology company, has roped in Shivam Arren as its chief executive officer (CEO). Arren moves from Kailash Vahan Udyog, where he was director.
The first two years of Arren’s professional journey were spent at Infosys as a software engineer, from 2003 to 2005. He then joined Cognizant in 2007, as business analyst, working out of Hyderabad. A year into this role, he relocated to Pune, to join Kailash Vahan Udyog.
He has spent over 16 years at the company, which is one of the tier-1 suppliers to India automobiles OEMs such as Tata. His key deliverables at the firm included EBITDA improvement, new business additions, driving operational excellence projects. He also led business development and operations management. Additionally, he was responsible for P&L.
Shivam Arren studied electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Varanasi. He also completed a PG diploma in management, strategy, sales and marketing, operations and finance, from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore.
Ideation, product development, marketing strategy, customer relationship management and business development are his areas of expertise.
