Naggaro, a global IT services and management firm, has plans to expand globally and also open four new offices in India, in Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata and Patna.

As per its hiring strategy, Naggaro, will hire about 4,500 new employees, including freshers, across the globe. The Company has presence in over 130 countries, where employees also have the flexibility to work remotely. It follows a permanent work-from-home policy, allowing employees the comfort of working from their hometowns. Despite the talent market being tight, Naggaro has been able to attract engineering talent with its interesting projects and unique culture.

If the recent hiring plans are implemented, Naggaro will reach a 15,000 employee base mark in the coming months.

“From 8,700 Nagarrians at the end of 2020 to 15,000 Nagarrians 14 months later – this shows how the global demand for digital engineering has translated into intense growth for Nagarro,” declares Manas Fuloria, CEO, Naggaro.

He goes on to admit that “some of this growth has come through acquisitions but we have also hired in record numbers, especially in India”.

This hiring trend is expected to continue as the Company works on global expansion of the workforce in the coming months. “We are confident that Nagarro’s global nature as a Germany-listed company, the high quality of our technology work, the learning opportunities here and our great workplace culture will help us make our hiring numbers,” states Fuloria.
