Infinx has appointed Debashish Ghosh as its new senior vice president & head of human resources – India and the Philippines, bolstering its leadership bench across two strategic markets.

In his new role at Infinx, Ghosh will anchor the company’s people agenda, with focus on strengthening HR operations, talent management, organisational development and supporting business growth across India and the Philippines. The company has confirmed his joining in August 2026 at its Hyderabad office.

Ghosh joins Infinx from Access Healthcare, where he held the same position – SVP & head of HR for India and the Philippines – for a brief six-month stint between February 2026 and July 2026 in Chennai.

Bringing more than 24 years of HR experience, Ghosh has built his career across hospitality, financial services and healthcare. He had a long and impactful run at Berkadia, where he served as SVP & head of HR – India from October 2017 to May 2025, in Hyderabad. Before Berkadia, he spent 12 years at Genpact, from July 2005 to September 2017, as AVP & lead HR business partner.

His early career includes a 4-year tenure as a management trainee at GE Capital from April 2001 to June 2005, and as a guest relations assistant at Dolphin Hotel, Visakhapatnam from October 1998 to March 2001.

At Infinx, he will focus on business partnering and people transformation to support expansion.

HRKatha wishes Debashish Ghosh all the best for his new role!
