In the initial years of his career, Abe Thomas has served as GM-ad sales, at The Indian Express, from 1991 to 2000. He then moved to Sony Pictures Networks India, as senior VP, ad sales for well over two and a half years. His next stop was MTV Networks Asia, as VP-ad sales, in April of 2003. March of 2005 saw him take on the role of COO, Red FM. Over four years later, he moved to Astro, as head of content and broadcast. He co-founded One Network Entertainment in December 2012. From November of 2015 to September of 2018 he was associated with Radio City India as CEO. It was in October of 2018 that he came to be associated with Reliance Broadcast Network, as CEO. There, he championed digital-first initiatives and innovative content strategies that significantly enhanced audience engagement and business growth.

Now, he has returned to steer Radio City into its next phase of innovation and expansion.

Meanwhile, Rajiv Shah will join him in the top ranks at Radio City, as chief financial officer (CFO). Shah has been elevated from the position of general manager, corporate strategy. He has been with Radio City since January of 2022.

This chartered accountant began his professional journey as an audit manager with NM Raiji, in 2001. Three years later, he moved to Al Turki Cement Products, as chief accountant, working out of Muscat.

Six years in this role, in November of 2010, he was back in Mumbai, India, as chief manager, ICICI Bank.

May of 2012 saw him playing manager-finance, at Perrigo. Three and a half years later, he moved to Merieux NutriSciences as chief financial officer. From 2018 to 2021, he served as director-finance, Risematix Consultancy.
