It has already been hiring talent for medical operations, patient care and safety, medical directorate, med-tech, digital marketing, product development and technology. It plans to add 200+ doctors, super-speciality surgeons and medical experts to its team.

Recently, it doubled its surgical centres to 800 and completed over a million patient interactions and offered treatment to more than 100,000 patients. The Company aims to double the economic opportunities and create a setup where highly-trained staff attend to patients during the surgical processes and handle all their needs.

Founded in 2018, by Vaibhav Kapoor and Garima Sawhney, Pristyn Care facilitates advanced secondary care surgeries with the help of its network of 800+ hospitals, 200+ clinics, and 400+ in-house super-specialty surgeons. Its expert surgeons use the most advanced medical technology to treat over 50+ diseases across 42+ cities.

Harsimarbir Singh, co-founder, Pristyn Care, reiterated, “We are focused on providing opportunities at every level in the healthcare industry and committed to making healthcare accessible to everyone. We are excited about the possibilities that a rapidly evolving health-tech space presents and will continue to lead innovations for our patients and doctors across the country”.

Looking to capitalise on the “unprecedented tailwinds in India,” Srinivas Reddy P, senior vice president, human resources at Pristyn Care, explained that the Company hopes to “create an ecosystem where talent, innovation and newer possibilities emerge”.

Pristyn Care wants to ensure “that we are ready to meet the growing demand in tier 2 and 3 cities and be able to deliver the best healthcare services to our patients”.
