    ICICI Home Finance to add 600 to its workforce

    ICICI Home Finance (ICICI HFC) is planning to hire over 600 employees pan India by December 2021. The recruitment is being planned to meet the growing demand of in the affordable housing segment. The new hires will be taken on for the networking sales and credit domains for the Company’s offices branches across India.

    Commenting on the same, Kamani, managing director and CEO, ICICI Home Finance, says, “We see growth opportunity in affordable housing segment across the 530 plus locations we are present in. Our pan-India recruitment drive will aid our growth plans as we focus on hiring local talent for our branches.”

    ICICI HFC’s affordable home loan products, such as Apna Ghar and Apna Ghar Dreamz are meant for aspirant home buyers who find it difficult to furnish documents required for home loans, such as ITR proofs.

    To make the workplace and its workforce safe, ICICI HFC has rendered support to vaccination drives for its staff and their dependent families. This will also ensure that the customers and partners who interact with the employees are also safe.

    The home loan products offered by ICICI HFC cater to the salaried as well as self-employed individuals, such as shopkeepers, traders, merchants, carpenters, small vegetable and fruits vendors, drivers, small kirana shopkeepers, electricians, computer operators and machine operators, irrespective of the sector they belong to, and make their dreams of purchasing a home come true.
