    Ciklum India has appointed Snigdha Joglekar as head of HR

    Joglekar has moved from EXL where she was VP-people success & growth since 2020

    After over six successful years with EXL, Snigdha Joglekar has joined Ciklum India, a global digital solutions company for Fortune 500 and fast-growing organisations, as head of human resources.

    Interestingly, Joglekar holds a Diploma in Hotel Management and went on to complete an PGDM in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.

    She served as a human resources consultant for Synygy India for over four years, from 2004 to 2008, before relocating from Pune to Hyderabad to take up the role of assistant manager-human resources at Inventurus Knowledge Solutions.

    Over two years later, she moved to CSG International as senior HR business partner, in February of 2010. A little less than five years into this role, she was back in Pune area having switched to SELA Technology Solutions India, as human resources manager, in December of 2014.

    Joglekar’s next stop was Parkar Consulting & Labs, where she served as general manager-human resources from 2016 to 2018.

    July of 2018 saw her taking up the role of associate director of human resources at Calsoft.

    It was only in February of 2020 that she began her association with EXL.

    Now, in her latest assignment at Ciklum, Snigdha Joglekar will be looking into people strategy, talent development, organisational growth, and HR practices with the aim of supporting the company’s business expansion in India.
