    Shruti Tewari is now executive director-HR, JPMorgan Chase

    Tewari’s association with JPMorgan goes back to 2022 when she joined the company as its VP-HR, employee digital and service experience

    JPMorgan Chase has elevated Shruti Tewari to the role of executive director-human resources and employee experience. Prior to this, Tewari was serving as the company’s global lead, cohort programme management. In this role, Tewari led the programme management efforts (placements, onboarding, orientation and acclimation) for the company’s cohort hiring across the US and India.

    Tewari’s association with JPMorgan goes back to 2022 when she joined the company as its VP-HR, employee digital and service experience. In the year 2023, she was promoted to the lead the company’s cohort hiring for India as its India lead, cohort programme management.

    An alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur, Tewari has worked with many other organisations such as Darwinbox and EY.

    She has also worked across many sectors such as cross banking and financial services, information technology – services and captives, metals/mining, steel & power, FMCG & retail, telecom, airlines, education and oil & gas sectors.

    With over 16 years of experience in HR, Tewari began her HR career with Aditya Birla Group as an HR intern. She joined the company in 2009. Prior to this, she was working with IBM India, as an associate software engineer.

    Her expertise lies in HR transformation and change management, HCM technologies, operating model and organisation design, HR shared services design and implementation, performance & rewards management and leadership capability building.

    Tewari announced the news of her elevation on LinkedIn and mentioned how much she was looking forward to this new opportunity.
